1. Take a Walk Outside
  2. Listen a Powerful Anthem/Song
  3. Read a new book
  4. Stand up for your self.
  5. Take a nap.
  6. Just try to do a few routine yoga stretches, and spend a minute or two taking deep breaths.
  7. Eat Healthy
  8. Dress for you and nobody else.
  9. Try Something New – So try something you’ve never done before, or wouldn’t normally do, and see how you feel.
  10. A mess can make anyone feel frazzled and lost. So clean house and along with the empty bottles and take-out boxes, get rid of everything you no longer use. Declutter your closet, your desk, and your life. Less is more, and you’ll be surprised by how few items you actually need.
