1. Chocolate Reindeer Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 can chocolate frosting
  • Miniature pretzels
  • Peanut butter
  • White peanut butter cups
  • Candy eyes

How To Prepare

  • Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together. In a large saucepan, put butter, brown sugar, and water. Cook and mix until butter is melt, over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in the chocolate chips until they are smooth. Add the eggs and extract. Stir in a mixture of flour. Let stand about 15 minutes until it is firm enough to shape.
  • Shape level tablespoonfuls of dough into balls for freezing dough; flatten each to 1/4-in. Thickness. – Place the waxed paper layers in a covered container; freeze until firm.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees in order to bake. Place frozen portions of dough 2 inches. apart on greased baking sheets. Cook for 12-14 minutes until set. Remove the wire racks from the pan; cool completely.
  • Spread the frosting cookies, reserving a small amount for the mouth. Decorate the faces with the candy eyes; add the peanut butter cups for the snouts, the pretzels for the antlers, and the peanut butter for the noses. Pipe mouth with reserved frosting.

2. Caramel Popcorn

Popcorns taste wonderful and even more so if you add honey and caramel. When watching Christmas movies, your kids will enjoy honey and caramel popcorn. Here’s how they can be made.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Popping corn
  • 1 -2 tbsp Vegetable oil

How To Prepare

  • In a saucepan, take some oil and heat it on medium heat. Apply 2-3 of the corn pieces to it.
  • Once the pieces begin to form a circular form, add the remaining pieces of corn to them.
  • Over the pan, put a lid and let the corns pop inside it.
  • Switch off the flame and remove the lid until the popping sound ceases and all the corns are popped completely. In a big bowl, placed the popcorn.
  • Add the butter, sugar, and honey to another pan. Heat it and let it cook for about 10 minutes on a medium flame. Once properly combined, allow it to boil, then reduce the flame and cook for another 8 minutes or so.
  • In the popcorn bowl pour this mixture and blend. Then let it cool down and let your children dig in.

3. Christmas pudding pops

These cute Christmas pudding pops are made with chocolate and coconut remaining pudding. They are fun to make for children and perfect desserts for cocktail parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 Traditional Christmas pudding (or leftovers), warmed
  • 12 ice-cream sticks or skewers
  • 1 block  white cooking chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups toasted shredded coconut

How To Prepare

  • Prepare a tray with baking paper.
  • Take a teaspoon of pudding and roll in the balls. On a tray, place it.
  • In any pudding ball, put sticks or skewers.
  • In the white chocolate, dip each ball and roll in the coconut.
  • Leave to cool until the chocolate hardens, or put it in the refrigerator.

4. Almond Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almonds (blanched and toasted)
  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar
  • 1-2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  •  2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

How To Prepare

  • To get a fine powder, grind the almonds.
  • Mix the brown sugar with butter in a bowl. To form a creamy mix, whisk it.
  • In another bowl, combine and add the powdered almonds, flour, and vanilla essence to the above bowl. To form a nice dough, mix it well.
  • To make balls like a puffy form, use the dough. Preheat to 200°C in the oven.
  • Placed those balls in the oven and baked for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some icing sugar on them and take them off. Put them back in the oven for a few minutes, then serve warm.

5.  Chocolate Energy Bites

With the wonderful taste of mint, these fancy and quick bites carry the goodness of chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups Oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut  
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder  
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter  
  • 1/3 cup Honey  
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Peppermint extract  

How To Prepare

  • In a big bowl, take all of the ingredients and stir well to mix.
  • Scoop the mix with a small cookie scoop lined with parchment paper on the baking tray.
  • Chill it until about an hour in the refrigerator.
  • Store in a refrigerator in a container.
