3. Causes Dehydration:

A natural diuretic is known to be green tea. Drinking green tea leads to excessive urination that can cause the body’s electrolyte imbalance and dehydration.

Green tea is definitely a good drink, but moderation is essential to make the most of it. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor and ask for the recommended dose based on your personal needs.
